Descriptive guide for data analysis

- To verify if there is or not spatial dependence between the temperature points and relative humidity inside of the load;

- To trace the profiles of these environmental factors along the load of poultry transport.

1. File 1 (16 files - 8 winter & 8 summer): the loggers data:
   • columns: time (minutes), 47 temp., 47 humidity
   • lines: one line for each minute, number of lines depends on the duration of the trip
2. File 2 (1 file): boxes coordinates:
   • 47 rows x 3 columns (must match somehow with the columns of file 1)
3. File 3 (1 file): trip file:
   • 16 rows (16 trips)
   • columns: date (winter/summer), initial time (period of the day), final time (duration), total number of chickens per cage, number of dead chickens, distance poultryhouse - slaughterhouse.
